Packlio ("we", "our", or "us") provides a guided mix-and-match bundle building platform for Shopify merchants. We are committed to protecting merchant and customer privacy in compliance with global standards, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Shopify's App Store Partner Program Requirements.

1. Information We Process

Merchant Data

• Shop Domain: Your myshopify.com domain and unique Shop ID.
• Session Tokens: Encrypted access tokens required to authenticate within Shopify Admin.
• Bundle Configurations: Titles, slot definitions, collection references, and pricing rules you create.
• Subscription Status: Plan tier (Free or Pro) used to manage active bundle limits.

Customer Data (Zero Customer PII Persisted)

• Zero Customer Records: We do NOT collect, store, or process shopper names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment information.
• Zero Order Records: We do not store order histories.
• Storefront Selections: When shoppers customize kits, item selections are passed directly to the Shopify Cart API. Bundle discounts are computed natively by Shopify Functions.

2. Purpose of Processing

Information collected is used strictly to:

• Authenticate merchants in the embedded Shopify admin portal.
• Save and render bundle builder configurations on your storefront.
• Synchronize discounts with Shopify Functions.
• Provide customer support and ensure app stability.

3. Data Retention and Deletion (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

• App Uninstall: When an app is uninstalled, sessions and active configs are deactivated immediately via the app/uninstalled webhook.
• Automatic Purge: When Shopify triggers the shop/redact webhook (48 hours after uninstall), all shop data, bundles, and settings are permanently erased from our database.
• Customer Requests: We support mandatory customers/data_request and customers/redact webhooks. Because zero customer PII is retained, requests are acknowledged and fulfilled immediately.
